Yes. During checkout, you can choose the number of passes you wish to purchase. You must indicate the name of the person who will use each pass, and it does not have to be the buyer’s name. All purchased passes will be sent together in the confirmation e-mail, each individually numbered.

No. Once purchased, it is not possible to change or upgrade the type of Get In Porto Pass.

Yes. Our cancellation policy allows you to request a refund within 90 days of purchase, provided the Get In Porto Pass has not yet been activated. To request a refund, please contact us at info@getinporto.com indicating the Pass number, purchase date and name of the holder.
